Conveyancing is the process of transferring a property from one legal owner to another. There are three separate stages to go through when you are buying or selling a house; agreeing the sale, exchange of contracts and completion.
Once you have found a home, you will need to instruct some Solicitors to act on your behalf. We have access to a panel of Solicitors and will ensure they are approved to work with the lender we have recommended for your mortgage.
