Conveyancing & Wills
We have access to panel of Solicitors ready to complete the legal work required for your property transaction. With a wide range of lenders, you need to choose the right Solicitor.
Conveyancing is the process of transferring a property from one legal owner to another. There are three separate stages to go through when you are buying or selling a house; agreeing the sale, exchange of contracts and completion.
Once you have found a home, you will need to instruct some Solicitors to act on your behalf. We have access to a panel of Solicitors and will ensure they are approved to work with the lender we have recommended for your mortgage.

HAVE YOU GOT A WILL?
Your will tells everyone what should happen to your money, possessions and property after you die (all these things together are called your ‘estate’). If you don’t leave a will, the law decides how your estate is passed on – and this might not be in line with your wishes. No will means laws of 'Intestacy' dictate where your estate goes and this can be stressful and expensive.
